Julie Ann Caramels is a fast-growing confectionery brand known for our award-winning caramels and creative flavor profiles. Our products are retail favorites, and we are currently expanding our footprint through motivated, outgoing sales professionals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Independent Sales Representative (1099) to manage and scale existing retail accounts while aggressively developing new business relationships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and performance-based growth. There is an existing sales base to take over immediately so you don't have to start from scratch. We are hiring multiple positions to cover different parts of the market. We need both a northern and southern market representitive

What You'll Do:

Account Management:

Service and grow established retail accounts, including high-volume grocery partners.

Relationship Building:

Act as the primary point of contact for store managers and regional buyers.

Business Development:

Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new retail opportunities.

Merchandising:

Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and meet our premium visual standards.

Expected annual range of $48,500 - $58,500+ (Uncapped Commission).
