Base salary range of $65K-$75K , with the opportunity to earn $80K-$100K+ through achievement of sales goals and performance incentives. Base Salary +Commission :

Proven leadership abilities with a knack for delegating work effectively. Keen attention to detail, ensuring a polished presentation and professional appearance. Exceptional time management skills. Proficiency in estimating work and time needed to complete various projects, with a particular emphasis on Snow removal and Landscaping Experience in construction estimating Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel software.Account Manager Responsibilities Customer Management :
Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially for snow removal and landscape servicesBidding :
Accurately bid on projects, with a focus on snow removal contracts.Invoicing Review :
Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflective of the work completed.Contract & Contract Renewals :
Manage contracts, particularly those related to Snow Removal and Landscaping, and oversee renewals.Property Inspections & Reports :
Conduct thorough inspections, with a keen eye on Snow Removal and Landscaping needs and opportunities.Property Maps :
Develop and maintain detailed property maps, highlighting areas critical for Snow Removal and Landscaping.Upsells :
Identify opportunities to upsell services, with a focus on expanding Snow Removal and Landscaping offerings.Prospecting :
Actively seek out new business opportunities, especially in the Snow Removal and Landscape sector.Snow Removal & Landscaping :
Be the go-to expert for all snow removal and Landscaping services, ensuring timely and efficient operations.Job Type:
