This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys finding new business, building relationships, helping customers, and getting things done. What You'll Do Sales & Lead Generation Find and generate new remodeling and construction leads Cold call businesses, property managers, investors, realtors, and potential referral partners Visit local businesses and companies to introduce SimCo and our services Build relationships with property managers, realtors, investors, and other businesses Attend networking events and community/business events Follow up with potential customers and leads Identify businesses and properties that may need remodeling, maintenance, or repair work Help create and post social media content when needed Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities Help turn qualified leads into estimates and projects Business Support Assist our Business Manager with day-to-day business needs Help with administrative tasks and organization Assist with customer and client communication Help coordinate projects, appointments, and follow-ups when needed Help with marketing, social media, and other company projects Jump in wherever needed to help the business run smoothly What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required Confident and comfortable talking to new people Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales Organized and dependable Strong follow-through and attention to detail Professional, friendly, and trustworthy Comfortable using a computer and learning new software Willing to attend networking events and meet with potential clients Construction/remodeling experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally The Right Person We are looking for a go-getter who takes initiative .
