The Role We're hiring a Sales & Events Representative to drive membership growth through outbound sales, local events, and community relationships. You'll work alongside our studio team lead and report to the franchise owners. Here's what the job actually looks like: This is not a behind-the-counter role. You'll spend most of your time out in Herriman — walking into local businesses, showing up at community events, running pop-ups, and having face-to-face conversations that turn into memberships. You are the energy. When the studio isn't open yet or someone hasn't experienced the workout, you have to be the thing that gets them excited. What you'll do every day: Walk into local businesses, introduce yourself, and build referral partnerships from scratch Plan and execute community events, pop-ups, and brand activations that generate real leads Have in-person sales conversations that move people from "interested" to "signed up" — and ask for the close Capture every lead, track it in our systems, and follow up fast — speed matters Represent theSWEAT440
