Role and Expectations Elevated Sales and Development Role:

Close high-ticket deals ($20K

• 100K+) Build your own pipeline beyond company-provided leads Develop strategic partnerships (builders, designers, realtors) Generate referral networks and neighborhood presence Influence and elevate 1-2 additional sales reps Become respected known expert in the industry This is a player-coach role with a clear path into sales leadership.
