We specialize in helping customers find affordable, reliable used vehicles while creating a simple, honest, and personal car-buying experience. We are looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Representative to join our team in a flexible, part-time role. This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who wants to get involved early, help us grow, and play an important role in building our sales process. Position Overview The Used Car Sales Representative will help list, market, show, and sell our vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, good with people, and interested in cars, sales, or entrepreneurship. This is a very flexible role that can be built around the right person's schedule. The position will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the dealership continues to expand. Responsibilities

• List vehicles online across Facebook Marketplace, the dealership website, and other sales platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online messages
• Schedule vehicle showings and test drives
• Follow up with leads and interested buyers
• Help customers understand vehicle details, pricing, financing options, and next steps
• Take photos and videos of vehicles when needed
• Keep listings accurate and updated
• Help close vehicle sales and complete paperwork when applicable
• Assist with basic dealership operations and customer communication
• Help improve the sales process as JKW Motors grows Pay Structure This is a commission-based role.
• $250 commission for generating a qualified lead that results in a completed vehicle sale
• $500 commission for fully closing the sale and completing the required sales paperwork
• Commission is paid per vehicle sold
