We currently add more than 1,000 new clients every month and are expanding our Wealth Division to better serve those clients with retirement income, annuity, and wealth preservation strategies. We are seeking a Wealth & Annuity Specialist who is passionate about helping clients make important retirement decisions while building long-term relationships and creating meaningful financial outcomes. This position is based in our office and serves clients nationwide through telephone and video appointments.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$70,000 Commission and production incentives Six-figure income potential Strong performers can earn $150,000+ Top performers can exceed $200,000 annually In addition to compensation, this role offers significant career advancement opportunities as we continue expanding our retirement and wealth platform.

We are looking for someone who is: Driven and highly motivated Relationship-oriented Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable discussing financial concepts with clients Organized and detail-oriented Able to build trust quickly A strong communicator over the phone and through video conferencing Naturally curious and skilled at uncovering client needs A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership Excited about helping clients make important retirement decisions
Preferred Experience:
Experience is not required, but preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in: Banking Financial services Insurance Retirement planning Wealth management support Client relationship management Business development Consultative sales Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) Prior sales experience Experience working directly with clients Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licensing Responsibilities Conduct retirement planning and annuity consultations with clients across the United States via telephone and video conference Meet with clients referred internally from our Medicare, Life Insurance, and Client Service teams Conduct retirement and financial discovery conversations Educate clients on fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities (FIAs), MYGAs, and other non-securities retirement solutions Help clients evaluate income planning, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies Present recommendations based on client goals, needs, and risk tolerance Proactively contact existing clients to identify retirement planning and annuity opportunities Conduct periodic client reviews and follow-up conversations Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through both internal referrals and proactive outreach Maintain accurate CRM documentation and client records Work closely with leadership to continue refining and improving our retirement planning process Help establish best practices as we continue building and expanding our
