ROLE OVERVIEW ZYTO
is looking for a Balance Partner Growth Representative to help grow ZYTO Balance within our network-marketing community. Balance is a $399 system with a $50 month-to-month software subscription. This is an in-office, phone-first sales and partner growth role. The main focus is outbound calling, product education, promotion follow-up, relationship building, and closing new Balance sales. Email and text follow-up are important, but this is not an email-first role. Success comes from picking up the phone, having good conversations, and helping leaders and their teams understand how Balance can support their business. This is a great fit for someone who is friendly, organized, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by clear monthly goals and commission opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Phone Outreach and Follow-Up Make consistent outbound phone calls to partner leaders, existing users, and prospective Balance customers. Use email and text as support tools after call attempts and conversations. Follow up on current promotions, referrals, events, campaigns, and interested prospects. Maintain a positive, helpful, and confident phone presence. Balance Sales and Partner Growth Educate leaders and users on Balance pricing, features, promotions, and purchase options. Support partner leaders as they introduce Balance to their teams and organizations. Close new Balance sales and help new purchasers understand activation and next steps. Identify referral opportunities and help create momentum inside partner networks. Attend trade shows, partner leader events, and other company events as needed, including occasional travel. Customer Relationship Management Build positive relationships with partner leaders, Balance users, prospects, and internal teams. Answer product, pricing, promotion, and ordering questions using approved messaging. Maintain accurate activity, notes, sales status, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce. Communicate clearly with sales leadership on results, obstacles, and opportunities.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A
phone-first approach to daily outreach and follow-up. Consistent monthly Balance sales production, with a monthly goal of 50 closed Balance deals. Strong follow-through with partner leaders and interested prospects. Clean CRM usage and accurate tracking of calls, follow-ups, and closed sales. A professional, helpful approach that focuses on education, connection, and closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls. Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and leaders. Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow-up without being micromanaged. Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and accountability for results. Ability to work effectively in an in-office, team-based environment. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, partner leader events, and company events. Must speak English fluently. Preferred 1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer growth, or a related role. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM. Experience in subscription software, wellness, healthcare-adjacent products, or network-marketing environments. Experience working with partner leaders, affiliates, distributors, or referral-based sales channels.
COMPENSATION
Starting base salary: $45,000-$48,000 annually, depending on experience. 90-day review: At the 90-day mark, the base salary may be reviewed for a potential increase to $50,000 annually based on performance, sales activity, phone outreach, CRM usage, and monthly Balance sales results. This role includes commission and bonus opportunities tied to closed Balance sales and monthly performance.
Estimated total compensation:
$65,000-$75,000+ annually for a strong-performing rep, with additional upside for reps who consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
