Job Description

About Bear Tracks Bear Tracks Undercarriage is a fast-growing heavy equipment parts company based in Lehi, Utah. We supply rubber tracks, undercarriage parts, bucket teeth, cutting edges, wear parts, tires, and related equipment components to contractors, excavation companies, landscapers, mines, quarries, rental yards, and fleet operators throughout the region. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, meeting customers, and helping grow a business. This is not just a driving position and it is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who wants to learn our industry and grow with us.
What You'll Do :
  • Deliver parts to customers throughout northern Utah and surrounding areas
  • Load and unload deliveries safely Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
  • Organize inventory and assist in the warehouse
  • Help maintain a clean and professional shop environment
  • Learn our products and customer base
  • Follow up with existing customers by phone Call new potential customers to introduce Bear Tracks and our services
  • Build relationships with contractors, landscapers, excavation companies, rental yards, and equipment operators
  • Assist with inventory management and general operations
  • What This Position Is NOT
  • Not high-pressure sales Not a call center
  • Not reading from scripts all day
  • Not one-call-close sales
  • Our business is built on relationships. Most calls involve checking in with existing customers, seeing what equipment they are running, asking about upcoming projects, and finding opportunities to help them with parts or service needs. What We're Looking For Clean driving record Valid driver's license
  • Dependable and punctual Positive attitude
  • Quick learner
  • Comfortable talking with customers
  • Willing to learn phone sales and customer relationship building
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds Forklift experience is a plus but not required
  • Construction, equipment, automotive, agriculture, or parts experience is a plus but not required Compensation
  • Hourly pay based on experience
  • Performance bonuses available
