A Car or Vehicle Sales Representative develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, customer prospecting, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and explaining warranties and services. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Schedule:
5 day work week (Sundays + your choice of one additional day off)Sign-On Bonus:
$1,000Experience Required:
Prior automotive sales experience is mandatory. Applications from candidates without dealership sales experience will not be considered. What You Will Do Greet every customer who arrives on the lot and create a welcoming experience Make customer satisfaction your top priority on every interaction Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails Guide customers through the sales process from selection through delivery Coordinate with our F&I team on financing, warranty, and product presentations Complete sale paperwork accurately and on time Set and confirm appointments, answer inbound calls, and assist with vendor inquiries when needed Help with lot operations during slower periods, including moving vehicles, checking inventory, and preparing cars for customer appointmentsWhat You Will Need Required:
Prior automotive sales experience at a dealership. We will not consider applicants without this background. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and obtain a Utah MVED Salesperson License Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills Professional appearance and dependable attitude Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsPreferred:
Spanish speaking Pay and Benefits Commission only compensation with a per-deal minimum guarantee and Utah minimum wage make-up if commissions fall below minimum wage in any pay period Anticipated annual earnings between $60,000 and $130,000+ $1,000 sign-on bonus Discretionary monthly performance bonuses based on individual and/or dealership results Paid time off, increasing with tenure Paid holidays Health and dental insurance options Monthly cell phone reimbursement (work phone number provided) Closed on Sundays, plus one extra day off per week of your choosing How to Apply Apply directly through this job posting.
