Party Coordinator (Sales + Guest Experience Focus)

Birthday parties are a core part of our business , and we're looking for someone who can own and grow this area. Position Overview This is not just a hosting role. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in event planning, hospitality, or sales roles involving bookings or client coordination. We're looking for a sales-driven Party Coordinator who can: Convert inquiries into bookings Deliver amazing party experiences Help grow birthday and group event revenue You'll manage the full cycle—from booking to execution to follow-up . What You'll Do Respond to birthday and group inquiries (phone, email, in-person) Convert leads into booked parties Coordinate party details with guests (timing, food, add-ons) Host and oversee birthday parties to ensure a smooth experience Upsell packages, add-ons, and upgrades Work closely with front desk and operations team Track leads, bookings, and follow-ups Ensure party areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready What We're Looking For Strong communication and organization skills Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Sales mindset (comfortable closing bookings) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Weekend availability

REQUIRED

Compensation $18-$24/hour (based on experience) Performance bonuses based on: Number of parties booked Party revenue Upsells and add-ons •op performers can significantly increase earnings through bonuses.
