Cruise America, Inc., the largest RV rental and sales provider in North America, is seeking a motivated Sales Professional for our Millcreek, UT location. Position Overview Full-Time:

40 hours per week Commission-based with hourly guarantee: No claw backs

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (RV/auto/marine industry experience preferred but not required) Compensation Structure First 90 days: $20/hour After 90 days: Minimum wage + commission Realistic earning potential: $70K-$90K+ annually What You'll Do Join a friendly, collaborative, and dynamic team where you can reach your full potential! You'll be selling high-quality used RVs from our rental fleet to our large, loyal, and growing customer base.

Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our inventory Presenting yourself and our vehicles professionally and courteously Building customer enthusiasm through genuine interest in their needs Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience Strong commitment to driving sales and providing exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis Valid driver's license with clean DMV record Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen (marijuana excluded) What We Offer Cruise America provides comprehensive benefits to support our team members:
