This is an active, guest-facing role that combines exceptional customer service, membership sales, appointment management, laundry, and daily spa operations. Our front desk team plays an important role in growing the business. You will build relationships with guests, confidently explain our membership, help clients rebook, fill appointment openings, and ensure every guest receives a warm and polished experience. This is not a position where you simply sit behind a desk. Laundry is a significant part of every shift, and you must be comfortable staying active, moving between responsibilities, and working independently. Peak Day Spa is an established independent spa in Millcreek offering massage and skincare. Since opening in 2019, we have built a loyal clientele and a close-knit team grounded in Respect, Loyalty, and Appreciation. Friday evening, Saturday, and alternating Sunday availability is required. Additional hours may be available on Thursday evenings. Applicants must be consistently available for these required weekend shifts. Duties Greet clients warmly and provide friendly, professional front desk service Answer phones promptly, assist callers, and schedule appointments Manage client check-ins and checkouts efficiently and accurately Build relationships with guests and confidently explain the benefits of Peak's membership Help qualified guests enroll in memberships and accurately process membership changes Encourage clients to rebook based on their provider's recommendations Help fill appointment openings and keep providers' schedules productive Maintain organized client records and appointment calendars Communicate with clients by email, text, and phone Address client questions or concerns promptly and professionally Wash, dry, fold, organize, and restock a steady volume of spa linens throughout each shift Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming spa environment Complete closing, restocking, and other daily operational responsibilities Qualifications Previous retail sales, membership sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred Comfortable initiating conversations, recommending services, and asking guests to purchase memberships Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Front desk experience in a spa, salon, fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus Ability to manage time efficiently while handling guests, appointments, phone calls, laundry, and other responsibilities simultaneously Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Join us as at Peak Day Spa where your enthusiasm, organization, and commitment to excellent service will help create memorable experiences for our clients.
