A Car or Vehicle Sales Representative develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, customer prospecting, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and explaining warranties and services. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Job Description
Your daily tasks will include:
following up on website leads, posting units on marketplace, answering phones, greeting customers, helping customers choose the ATV, Side by Side, Snowmobile or Motorcycle for their needs, selling accessories and warranties, and processing financing as you interact directly with customers daily. Key Responsibilities Drive showroom sales. Greet visitors, guide them through our vehicle inventory and make the sale. Post machines online. Post units on marketplace and ensure website pricing is accurate.Community Relations:
Cultivate a welcoming, neighborly shop atmosphere that encourages repeat local business.Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the parts room and showrooms.Qualifications Experience:
Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience in automotive, marine, or powersports industry.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. Basic computer literacy. Comfort using lookup software and point-of-sale systems.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-first attitude.Licensing:
Valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement preferred.Compensation Base Pay:
$40,000/annualCommission:
$35,000 - $45,000/annual based on salesPay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
