Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities Interact with customers professionally to build positive relationships and provide a strong customer experience. Explain client services and highlight their key features and benefits to customers. Support sales and customer engagement initiatives through face-to-face communication Address customer inquiries and provide helpful, courteous support when needed Support daily and weekly team objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign-related information Participate in team meetings, ongoing coaching sessions, and professional development workshops Collaborate with team members and leadership to support overall campaign and office objectives Compensation & Benefits Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Full-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Weekly pay is provided through direct deposit Base compensation with additional performance-based bonus opportunities Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and development Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other people-focused roles is an asset, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Reliable transportation to and from the office Schedule Full-time, in-person position Monday-Friday schedule Optional weekend opportunities are available.
