Insurance Sales Leader

About the Opportunity As a Sales Leader, you will: Facilitate day-to-day operations Build a book of business with long-term residual income Hire, train, and lead a team of licensed producers Deliver protection solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial lines What You'll Do Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and marketing Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and business owners Hit and exceed revenue and production goals Expand your book through cross-selling and client retention Agency Operations & Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales producers and staff Oversee daily agency operations, staffing, and performance Build a high-performance, accountable team culture Ensure compliance with Farmers guidelines and licensing requirements Compensation Uncapped income potential (commissions, renewals, bonuses) Long-term residual income from your book of business Bonus programs and performance incentives What We're Looking For Required Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales, business development, or leadership Proven track record of hitting revenue or production goals Strong financial acumen Ability to recruit, lead, and coach a team Background check required Licensing Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or able to quickly obtain required licenses for agency ownership in Utah) Core Traits for Success Ownership Mentality
