Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, pain points, and problems and represent how our team is the solution. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Conduct route driving to visit clients at various locations consistently and efficiently. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage merchandising displays to ensure product visibility, organization, and appealing presentation. Be part of weekly executive team reporting meetings. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and clear understanding of offerings. Requirements Proven experience in sales and customer service specifically in flexible packaging and label Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Math skills for pricing providing estimates. Exceptional knowledge of flexible packaging and label materials including pre-laminate, laminate, and other materials. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently. Both regional and national knowledge concerning the flexible packaging and label industry. Press operator experience is preferred.
