Position Overview:

As a Spa Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating rejuvenating experiences for our clients while driving sales and promoting our services. From performing high-tech treatments like cryo-slimming and pain management to educating clients about our offerings, you'll be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of localized cryotherapy treatments, including cryo facials, slimming, and pain management, tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships, tracking progress throughout their wellness journey. Deliver consultative sales, recommending services and products to enhance client outcomes. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities. Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and day-to-day spa operations, including social media posts and client outreach. Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and weekly/monthly goals. Educate clients on the benefits of cryotherapy and related wellness techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in consultative sales, with a track record of achieving goals. Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first attitude. Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Competitive hourly pay ($15/hour) with uncapped commission, averaging $30-$70/hour, including tips. Flexible work schedule (15-25 hours per week, with opportunities for growth). Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Some morning availability, some afternoon availability.
