CONSULTATIVE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

~ Deliberate Wellness is Utah County's premier integrative wellness studio, located in Vineyard, UT. We believe in intentional lifestyle habits that compound over time to create lasting transformation. Our services span cryoslimming, localized cryotherapy, contrast therapy, red light therapy, IV drip, hyperbaric oxygen, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and more — all under one roof. Role Summary This is primarily a sales role. You will conduct in-studio consultations with prospective clients, sell cryoslimming packages, perform the treatments for clients you bring on (weight loss, skin tightening, cryo facials, cellulite treatments etc.), and manage ongoing follow-up with leads who don't convert on the first visit. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who can paint a vivid picture of what body transformation looks like — and knows how to close. Our average performers are currently earning approximately $45/hr after commissions and tips. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough intro consultations with prospective clients. You'll understand their goals, educate them on cryoslimming, and present customized package options tailored to their goals and needs. Curate and sell cryoslimming packages using a consultative, relationship-driven approach Perform cryoslimming treatments for every client you sell. You own the full client journey from consult through results Build compelling, personalized wellness plans that may combine cryoslimming with complementary services such as red light therapy, MICC metabolic injections, and peptide therapies.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of closing Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable to performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in aesthetics, med-spa, body contouring, or wellness sales Familiarity with cryotherapy, red light therapy, or weight loss/body composition services Personal passion for wellness, healthy lifestyle, and body optimization

Compensation:

Base pay: $15/hr hourly pay

Uncapped Commission:

10% net package value (after any third-party financing fees)

Tips:

100% of all tips earned from your treatments go directly to you

Earning Potential:

Average performers currently earn approximately $45/hr.

Hours:

PRN (as needed) with a minimum of 15 hours per week. We will work together to design a schedule that works for you (preference is 2-4 hours per day, some days in the morning, some in the afternoon/evening) Saturdays are required (typically 3-4 hours in the morning)
