This is a commission-only sales position with a tiered commission structure —the more new business you bring in, the higher your commission rate. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new commercial pest control accounts. Build relationships with property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, offices, warehouses, restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial properties. Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, networking, and follow-ups. Schedule walkthroughs and help develop service proposals. Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. Focus primarily on generating new recurring commercial revenue . Compensation 100% Commission — Tiered Structure Your commission percentage increases as you generate more new revenue. There is no cap on earnings . We are looking for someone who is motivated by performance and wants the opportunity to build a strong book of commercial business. Specific commission tiers and payout structure will be discussed during the interview. Territory Salt Lake County Utah County Davis County Who We're Looking For B2B or outside sales experience preferred. Pest control, property management, janitorial, facility services, or related industry experience is a plus. Comfortable prospecting and developing your own leads.
