We're hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing roofing sales team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you'll be working in residential neighborhoods helping homeowners identify roofing issues and schedule inspections. No roofing or sales experience required — we provide full training. What matters most is your work ethic, attitude, and ability to connect with people.

What You'll Do:

Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate new business Speak with homeowners about roof conditions and potential storm damage Educate homeowners on repair/replacement options Track leads and appointments using company systems Learn and adapt to the area you are working

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and reliable Positive attitude and coachable mindset Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
