Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Vehicle Allowance/Company Vehicle (if applicable) Position Overview Northeast Contracting Company (NECC) is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the DMV market. This position is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, conducting roof inspections, and developing proposals for commercial roofing repairs, maintenance programs, restorations, and replacements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with commercial roofing experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close profitable work. Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Generate new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC Develop relationships with property managers, building owners, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors Conduct roof inspections and identify repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement opportunities Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements Follow up on leads, proposals, and active opportunities Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales goals Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Provide recommendations and solutions based on roof conditions and client needs Coordinate with NECC operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals Roofing Expertise Evaluate existing roofing systems and diagnose issues Recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement solutions Assist clients with budgeting and capital planning for roofing assets Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing sales or estimating experience Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems Proven track record of business development and sales success Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the DMV region Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Preferred Roofing Experience
