Job Description
We are a growing flooring and home Remodeling company seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Flooring Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products that fit their needs and budget
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Schedule and conduct in-home or showroom consultations
- Prepare estimates and sales proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with office staff, installers, and project managers
- Meet sales goals and contribute to company growth
Qualifications:
- Previous flooring, construction, remodeling, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
