We do paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tint, and vinyl wraps on high-end vehicles for customers who expect a premium experience from the first phone call to final delivery. We are looking for one person to own the front of our business, converting inbound leads into booked jobs, managing the day-to-day client experience, and building the relationships that turn first-time buyers into long-term customers. COMPENSATION

Base salary: $40,000/year ($3,333/month)

Commission:

5% on every job you personally book. This can average from $2,000

• 7,000 in commission per month.

Realistic total earnings:

$70,000

• $90,000+ per year The commission is uncapped.

The more you close, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sales — 60% of the role: Answer every inbound call, text, web form, and DM within 5 minutes during business hours Understand each customer's vehicle, goals, and timeline before quoting Send detailed quotes Follow up on every open quote at 48 hours, 7 days, and 14 days Handle price objections confidently, you know what we do and why it is worth it Log every lead, quote, follow-up, and booking in our CRM the same day, no exceptions Client Experience & Operations

• 40% of the role: Manage the daily schedule
• confirm drop-off times and coordinate with the install team. Manage vehicle drop offs and pick ups. Keep customers informed throughout their job
• status updates, estimated completion, pickup confirmation Handle basic admin
• invoicing confirmation, payment receipts, intake forms, customer files Keep the lobby/waiting areas clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
