This Sales Representative role focuses on campaign leadership and sales support, designed to strengthen awareness and drive interest in Verizon Fios solutions through personalized communication and sales strategies. As a Sales Representative, you'll receive training on Verizon Fios, learning to connect with customers through respectful sales dialogues. You'll assist in managing customer interactions, and work with team leaders to shape customer-focused strategies and ensure advertising and sales efforts work together seamlessly. Role Responsibilities of the Sales Representative Assist with leading daily sales activities by presenting Verizon Fios products and promotions to customers in a confident and professional manner. Support customer acquisition efforts by helping customers understand the benefits of Verizon Fios, including fast fiber internet, entertainment options, and reliable service. Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face sales interactions while developing leadership and communication skills in a team-focused environment. Learn to identify customer needs and recommend Verizon Fios packages that best fit their lifestyle, usage, and budget. Help the sales team meet campaign goals by maintaining a positive attitude, staying motivated, and contributing to a high-energy work environment. Assist with resolving customer questions and concerns while providing a smooth and informative sales experience from start to finish. Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately to support team performance and campaign success. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship designed to prepare team members for future leadership and management opportunities.
