DescriptionThe newly unified Global Field Excellence team are looking for a hands-on Partner & Co-Sell Enablement Lead to join the broader Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team at AWS. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue that ensures partner and co-sell motions are embedded into every capability the Field Excellence team builds — from executive engagement programs to manager development to prospecting frameworks. This isn't a strategy-only role. You'll roll up your sleeves to integrate partner/co-sell plays, content, and enablement into programs across the team — working across multiple capability pods to ensure 25K+ AWS sellers know how to engage, position, and close with partners. Key job responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to expert and execution lead for integrating partner and co-sell motions into all Field Excellence programs and content.
  • Collaborate with other Program Owners to weave co-sell into their discovery sprints, enablement roadmaps, and field-ready assets.
  • Develop and maintain partner/co-sell enablement assets — playbooks, simulations, micro-learning, and coaching frameworks
  • Create multi-modal content that equip sellers to identify co-sell opportunities, engage the right partners, and accelerate deal velocity
  • Leverage AI-native tools and platforms to reinforce learning and drive sustained field behaviour change
  • Collaborate with the ASP (AWS Specialists & Partners) organization, Partner Programs, and Co-Sell teams to translate their priorities into field-ready enablement
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to stay current on partner ecosystem changes, new co-sell motions, and evolving go-to-market plays
  • Coordinate with Business Unit Field Enablement (BUFE) teams to validate relevance and drive adoption
  • Define success metrics tied to partner-attached pipeline, co-sell win rates, and seller adoption of partner motions
  • Gather continuous field feedback to identify friction and iterate rapidly

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
  • 7+ years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or partner/channel sales within enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated experience building enablement programs that integrate partner/co-sell motions into broader sales capability frameworks
  • Comfort with data — you use KPIs (pipeline contribution, ramp time, win rates) to prioritize and measure impactPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams
  • Experience in cloud/SaaS/technology partner ecosystems

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
