What You'll Do Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, homeowners, and buyers. Conduct detailed property inspections to identify basement, foundation, and crawlspace concerns. Communicate inspection findings clearly to real estate partners and customers. Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality service from inspection to closing. Compensation Earning potential:
