Position Summary As a Non-Profit Fundraising Sales Representative, you'll be a frontline ambassador for community causes. In this role, you'll engage with the public at events, pop-up booths, and retail locations, sparking meaningful conversations and inviting people to support a powerful cause by purchasing backpacks filled with essential supplies for children in need. This position blends sales, marketing, fundraising, and community outreach, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments and is passionate about making a direct, visible impact. Key Responsibilities Engage with community members in person to promote nonprofit campaigns and backpack initiatives Present our nonprofit partners' mission and programs with clarity, enthusiasm, and authenticity Drive support through backpack purchases and donor engagement Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly goals related to backpack sales and fundraising contributions Build rapport and lasting relationships with supporters and community members Represent campaigns at events, pop-ups, and high-traffic retail locations Maintain accurate records of outreach, sales, and donor interactions Report performance, insights, and campaign feedback to leadership Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve results What to Expect In-person, event-based role with frequent travel to busy retail and community locations Fast-paced, interactive environment with daily public engagement Who You Are People-oriented and outgoing Self-motivated and accountable Strong communicator with a positive attitude Mission-driven and passionate about community impact Qualifications Previous experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or community outreach preferred but not required Comfortable engaging one-on-one and speaking with groups Goal-oriented and results-driven Strong listening and relationship-building skills Compensation 2 weeks of paid training followed by a commission-only pay structure The Fundraising Sales Representative is paid commission on each backpack donated during their shift and is uncapped
