Full Job Description Description:
JETSET Pilates is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Studio Lead to serve as the face of the studio and deliver an exceptional experience to every client. Studio Leads play a critical role in supporting daily operations, driving membership sales, assisting instructors, and creating a welcoming environment for both clients and team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships within the community. As a key member of the studio team, the Studio Lead is responsible for ensuring every client interaction reflects the high standards and culture of the JETSET Pilates brand. Duties and Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Deliver an exceptional boutique fitness experience to every client, every visit. Greet, check in, and assist clients professionally upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email communication. Build rapport with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues appropriately when needed. Maintain accurate knowledge of memberships, class packages, pricing, promotions, and studio policies. Sales & Membership Growth Drive membership and class package sales through in-person, phone, and online interactions. Follow up with prospective clients and leads using the studio's CRM system (AXLE). Assist with lead generation, client retention, and membership growth initiatives. Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts. Help convert inquiries into memberships by educating prospective clients on the JETSET Pilates experience and offerings. Studio Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and studio environment. Assist instructors with opening and closing procedures. Process memberships, class packages, retail purchases, and other transactions accurately. Monitor retail inventory and assist with restocking merchandise and supplies as needed. Ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Team Support Collaborate with instructors, Studio Leads, and management to support daily studio operations. Assist with special projects, events, and studio initiatives as assigned. Represent the JETSET Pilates brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on delivering an outstanding client experience.
Requirements:
Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or fitness industry experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Experience using CRM, scheduling, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
