You will exceed customer's expectations from test drive to delivery with excellent training and support from our Management Team. Automotive Sales is a lucrative field! Responsibilities:
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses. Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business. Perform high quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Negotiate closure in a clear and concise manner. Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively. Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value add products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
