Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our business footprint by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts within assigned territories. Your energetic approach to sales, combined with your expertise in management, business development, and technical sales, will empower you to generate leads, conduct compelling product demos, and close deals that fuel our company's growth. The product sales will include automotive detailing supplies, pressure washing supplies, and pool maintenance chemicals. Duties Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within designated territories. Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs to showcase value propositions effectively. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage, increase market share, and meet sales targets. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitable margins and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information for accurate reporting and analysis. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management, account management, and lead generation initiatives effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals confidently while building lasting customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, upselling, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Experience in retail or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and territory expansion is advantageous.
