About This Position This is field sales at its best — you'll be the face of Pure Roofing, generating your own leads through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and self-sourced opportunities. Your day involves residential inspections, identifying storm damage, educating homeowners on the restoration process, and guiding insurance claims from signed contingency through approval. You'll manage the entire customer journey through our CRM, but here's what makes this role different: we actually support you. Company-issued iPad and field equipment, structured documentation systems, and clear processes that keep jobs moving efficiently. This isn't about grinding in isolation — it's about leveraging proven systems to maximize your earning potential. With ramp-up pay including $200 per contingency signup and 10% draws on customer deposits, plus uncapped commission upside, quarterly bonuses, and Presidents Club incentives, your income directly reflects your effort and skill. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and self-motivation — you thrive in competitive environments Professional communication skills and positive attitude that customers respond to Coachable mindset — you take feedback well and consistently improve your approach Resilience and consistency in outside sales activities (door-to-door, inspections, follow-up) Commitment to CRM discipline and organized customer management Experience preferred but not required — we'll teach hungry, coachable candidates everything they need to know Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work What's In It For You Performance-based earnings with uncapped upside — top performers earn $20k
