is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative / Estimator to meet with customers in their homes, provide cleaning estimates, and help them choose the right service for their needs. This is a full-time weekday position with paid training, a company vehicle during work hours, and a consistent schedule you can count on. We provide warm leads — no cold calling. What You'll Do Meet with customers in their homes to provide estimates Explain pricing and service options clearly and professionally Follow a simple, proven sales process Follow up on open estimates and customer questions Work with the office team to ensure a smooth customer experience What We Offer $16/hour starting pay Weekly pay + bonus incentives Company vehicle provided during work hours Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays Paid training Paid time off after 1 year of employment Advancement opportunities What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and smartphone skills Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required) Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Why This Role Works This is a structured weekday role with predictable hours, paid training, and a supportive team.
