3313 Mechanicsville Turnpike Strange's has a position opening for a Sales Team Lead at the Mechanicsville location. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing the sales team in daily sales operations. The essential candidate has outstanding customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

$17.00

Full-time schedule

PM Benefits:

Full benefits package including PTO, healthcare, and 401K Responsibilities with percentage of time per week spent on each task: (60%) Reviews sales orders to ensure accuracy and prompt fulfillment (40%) Answers phones and completes POS transactions

Daily Tasks:

Participates in store opening and closing Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience Balances cash drawers and ensure proper amount of cash/change Processes special orders from virtual sympathy stores, wire orders, and standing orders Other Monthly Tasks include: Assists in the preparation of sales displays Trains sales team members on sales operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field Experience leading a small team (~5 team members) Strong leadership qualities Ability to build rapport with clients Interested in this position?
