Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation & Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your energetic approach to outbound calling, warm calling, and B2B sales will help us connect with potential clients and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Conduct outbound and warm calls to prospective clients, leveraging CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities in various industries Engage in effective negotiation with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and loyalty Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of successful lead generation and business development Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and telemarketing techniques for outbound calling campaigns Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly Experience in technical sales or selling technology solutions is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead nurturing and customer engagement Join us as a Lead Generation & Business Development Coordinator and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and building meaningful business relationships.
