Up to 50% About the Role We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Field Brand Representative to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement for our products. This is a highly visible, field-based position that focuses on building strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate is an outgoing self-starter who enjoys being in front of customers, presenting products, conducting training sessions, and identifying opportunities to grow existing business. You will serve as a key representative of the brand in the marketplace while providing exceptional customer service and product expertise. Key Responsibilities Promote products to targeted customers and industry professionals. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and other key accounts. Visit customer locations regularly to increase product awareness and strengthen business relationships. Conduct product knowledge seminars and presentations at customer locations. Train customer sales teams on product offerings, features, benefits, and applications. Support existing customers with product information, sales resources, and ongoing relationship management. Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing customer accounts. Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the customer database. Prepare sales reports and provide updates as needed. Attend trade shows, conventions, customer events, and onsite seminars. Coordinate with customers to ensure promotional materials, samples, displays, and marketing resources are properly stocked and maintained. Help increase brand visibility through strategic advertising and promotional opportunities. Monitor customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and sales. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer questions, concerns, and opportunities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.. Retail merchandising or field marketing experience is a plus but not required. Experience in outside sales, territory sales, customer development, or business-to-business sales is a plus. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be: Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers. A confident communicator and presenter. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Customer-focused and committed to providing a high level of service. A strong problem solver who takes initiative. Comfortable building relationships with customers at all levels. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, iPads, and other mobile technology. Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records. Willing and able to travel up to 50% as needed. Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, trade shows, and industry events. Work Schedule & Travel This is a full-time field-based position .
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, trade shows, and industry events may be required. Travel of up to 50% is expected as part of the position.
