This isn't a desk job managing a large team. You'll close high-ticket outdoor living and water-feature work yourself, then hire more salespeople as demand requires. You will coordinate with the construction project manager to install the water features, saunas, and hot tubs. We help homeowners create a resort in their backyard. We install custom water features, luxury hot tubs, saunas, and pergolas. We also repair and renovate existing ponds, waterfalls, and fountainscapes. Creative Oasis LLC is a licensed DPOR General Contractor with a Small showroom on high-traffic Franklin Road in South Roanoke. Products include Aquascape water features, Arctic Spas luxury saltwater hot tubs and swim spas, and Visscher saunas and pergolas. We are investing in radio and digital marketing, so leads come in. You convert those leads and run sales. You report to the owner. What you will do

• Work the showroom and on-site appointments in the Roanoke Valley and Smith Mountain Lake area
• Take marketed and walk-in leads from first contact to signed work and handoff to the field
• Quote new installs and service/repair
• Keep fast, organized follow-up
• Hire and coach sales help when volume justifies it Who you are High-ticket sales experience (hot tubs, water features, outdoor living, landscaping, or similar). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consultative closing style. Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel. Showroom schedule may include Saturdays. Pay Base $60,000
• 70,000 plus commission on closed, collected work. A strong first year is on target for about $48,000 in commission (about $108,000
• 118,000 total).
