Job Description

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Intern will support the GDUSMS Direct Sales team by assisting with connectivity customer migrations, strengthening sales operational workflows, and improving collections coordination between Sales and Accounts Payable. This role provides hands-on experience across the sales cycle, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Customer Operations, and the Sales organization.
Job Duties:
Support small connectivity customer migrations by tracking timelines, statuses, and risksCoordinate with Sales, Customer Operations, and customers to ensure smooth transitionsMaintain migration documentation and prepare weekly updatesAssist in sales processes and operational workflows, including documentation and process improvementsHelp streamline routine sales processes and identify efficiency opportunitiesSupport collections efforts in collaboration with Finance and Accounts PayableTrack overdue invoices, payments, and customer communicationsEscalate issues as needed and help improve coordination to reduce revenue delays

Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

Business AdministrationSales / MarketingOperations / Supply ChainInformation Systems / MISOther related fields connected to Sales OperationsExceptional communication, customer-facing, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)Highly Desired (Not Required): Strong analytical and organizational abilitiesExperience working with structured dataStrong written and verbal communication skills
