Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative About Us Max's Pressure Washing & Lawn Care is a growing exterior cleaning and landscaping company serving Northern Virginia. We are looking for a motivated and experienced door-to-door sales representative to help expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities Generate leads and sell pressure washing and landscaping services to residential customers. Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to speak with homeowners. Educate potential customers about our services, including pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, mulch installation, and more. Schedule estimates and help close sales. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while representing the company. Requirements At least 3 years of previous door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred. Must be able to consistently close 5 jobs a week Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Reliable transportation. Experience in home services, roofing, solar, pest control, landscaping, or similar industries is a plus. Compensation This is a commission-only position. Representatives start at 10% commission on all completed jobs they sell.
