What You'll Do Style & Connect:

Engage with customers warmly, build genuine relationships, and provide expert wardrobe styling and outfit recommendations.

Drive Floor Success:

Lead by example on the sales floor to meet daily targets, ensure top-tier customer service, and keep the energy high.

Ring Out Sales:

Efficiently operate the POS system to process sales transactions, exchanges, returns, and physical/digital gift cards.

Maintain Floor Standards:

Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked through regular visual upkeep, folding, sizing, and daily recovery routines.

Support Operations:

Assist store management with opening and closing procedures, inventory receiving, and updating visual merchandise displays. What We're Looking For High energy, approachable personality, and a genuine love for connecting with people. Strong passion for fashion, current trends, and personalized customer styling. 1+ years of retail sales experience (prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with an eye for store neatness and visual presentation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak shopping hours.
