In person (Tukwila, WA) Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter) Bath Center is one of the fastest-growing companies in the bath remodeling industry, helping homeowners transform their bathrooms with durable, low-maintenance acrylic remodeling solutions. We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a high-volume communication role focused on engaging homeowners, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team through consistent scheduling and follow-up. This is a fast-paced, phone-based position ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a high-activity environment and enjoy speaking with people throughout the day. Compensation & Benefits $20/hour base pay $55,000-$75,000 total annual earnings (base + commission) Performance-based commission and bonus opportunities Paid training Advancement opportunities into sales and leadership roles What You'll Do Spend most of your day speaking with homeowners to confirm or reschedule existing appointments Schedule new appointments for the sales team with interested homeowners High-volume outbound dialing environment focused on qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments No cold calling — all contacts are existing homeowners who have already engaged with Bath Center or requested information Build rapport and maintain professional communication with homeowners Track all interactions and update CRM records accurately Work closely with the sales team to support appointment success and follow-through Ideal Background Candidates often come from: Business Development Representative (BDR) roles Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles Inside sales roles Outbound sales environments Call center sales or customer engagement roles Appointment setting roles Customer service roles involving frequent phone communication Retail or hospitality roles requiring strong interpersonal communication No experience required — paid training provided.
