Sales Representative:

Contact and engage warm leads to promote garage flooring, cabinets, and residential storage solutions Conduct consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Prepare and present product recommendations, pricing, and proposals Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and company promotions Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets Available shifts: Shift timings - All Available Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or a related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Comfortable working with warm leads and converting opportunities into sales Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM systems, sales software, tablets, and other business tools Ability to assess customer needs and provide customized solutions Background check and Drug test required Ready to take control of the way you work?
