Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with sales leadership, administrative support, customers, distributors, and internal team members to deliver accurate quotes, coordinate demo shipments, support trade shows, and help customers understand product functionality. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable making outbound calls, and energized by contributing to a growing sales organization. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive inside sales activity across U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including approximately 50 cold and warm calls per day by phone and email.
- Prepare accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and customer documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate demonstration unit shipments, track delivery details, and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Provide basic technical support by troubleshooting instruments and guiding end users through product functionality.
- Attend trade shows and participate in customer or distributor visits during scheduled travel. Compensation and Benefits

Location:
On-site in Bellevue, WA with regular travel.- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Compensation options may include one of the following structures during the offer stage:
- Hourly, non-exempt: $26 to $28 per hour, overtime eligible, no commissions.
- Salaried, exempt: Up to $80,000 per year depending on experience, not overtime eligible, not commission-based.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, Employee Assistance Program, and life insurance eligibility after a 90-day probationary period.
- Travel is expected every other month and may increase to monthly depending on trade show schedules.
- Trade show travel may include 2 to 3 days, with possible additional days for local customer or distributor visits.
- Approved travel essentials such as vehicle needs, Uber, or Lyft are expensed.
