Job Description

We are a premier, fast-growing window and door company dedicated to delivering top-tier products to homeowners, builders, and contractors across the Pacific Northwest. As our growth accelerates, we are looking for professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives / Showroom Hosts to anchor our beautiful local showrooms. We currently have opportunities available at our Bellevue, Lake City, and West Queen Anne locations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
Showroom:
Serve as the welcoming face of your designated showroom location. Greet walk-in clients, architects, and contractors, and guide them through our high-end product displays.
Handle Inbound Inquiries:
Respond to inbound phone calls and digital inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor—qualifying leads without the need for cold calling.
Generate Accurate Quotes:
Use our specialized software to build comprehensive product and installation quotes (we provide full training).
Drive Sales & Follow Up:
Manage your sales pipeline by following up on outstanding quotes, answering client questions, and closing deals.
Collaborate:
Work closely with our outside sales team and installation managers to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
1-3 years of inside sales, retail sales, or customer service experience. Prior experience in home improvement, construction, or building materials is a strong plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication. You should feel comfortable speaking with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned general contractors. Attention to
Detail:
Windows and doors require precise measurements. A sharp eye for detail is essential to ensure quotes are accurate.
Reliability:
Since you will be hosting one of our main retail showrooms, punctual and consistent attendance during showroom hours is a must.
