Bellevue Showroom:

Welcome walk-in clients, architects, and contractors. Guide them through our product displays and help them envision the perfect windows and doors for their projects. Be the

First Point of Contact:

Answer inbound phone calls and digital inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor, qualifying leads and directing them appropriately.

Build Accurate Quotes:

Put together comprehensive product-only quotes as well as full-service installation quotes using our specialized software (we will train you!).

Drive Sales & Follow Up:

Manage your pipeline by following up on outstanding quotes, answering technical questions, and closing deals.

Collaborate:

Work closely with our outside sales team and installation managers to ensure a seamless experience for the customer from purchase to installation. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience:

1-3 years of inside sales, retail sales, or customer service experience (experience in construction, building materials, or home improvement is a huge plus, but not required).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should feel comfortable talking to everyone from a first-time homebuyer to a seasoned general contractor.

Detail-Oriented:

Windows and doors require precise measurements and specifications. You need a sharp eye for detail to ensure quotes are accurate.

Tech-Savvy:

Ability to quickly learn quoting software and comfortably navigate CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Reliability:
