This position is for someone who is confident, professional, and experienced in sales. You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, review their project needs, explain remodeling options, and close jobs. We provide leads for a wide range of residential remodeling services, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, roofing, concrete, pavers, decks, fences, porches, painting, and other home improvement projects. This is a commission-based outside sales position with strong earning potential for the right person. Commission is based on eligible project profit after project costs, lead generation, labor, materials, overhead, and company expenses. Full commission details will be discussed during the interview process. A strong salesperson who can close jobs consistently has the opportunity to earn a high income. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long term and is serious about sales.

Responsibilities:

Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments Inspect and discuss residential remodeling projects Explain project options and company services clearly Build trust with customers and answer questions Prepare and present estimates Close remodeling jobs Follow up with customers after appointments Travel throughout the Seattle service area for appointments Communicate professionally with the office and production team

Requirements:

Sales experience required Home improvement or remodeling sales experience preferred Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Willing to drive throughout the Seattle area Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable working on commission Able to work independently Motivated, reliable, and goal-driven

Compensation:

This is a commission-based outside sales role. Earnings depend on sales volume, project size, closing ability, and project profitability. Top-performing sales representatives can earn $100,000-$250,000+ per year, with higher earnings possible for strong closers.
