Whatcom County, Skagit County & Point Roberts, WA MIA8 Construction, Inc. is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help us find new roofing projects throughout our local service area. This is a field-based position for someone who is comfortable getting out into neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, identifying potential roofing projects, and helping generate new business for our growing construction company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to introduce MIA8 Construction. Speak professionally and respectfully with homeowners about their roofing needs. Look for homes that may need roof replacement, repair, gutters, or other exterior work. Generate leads and schedule FREE roofing estimates for interested homeowners. Distribute company flyers, postcards, business cards, and other marketing materials. Follow up with potential customers when assigned. Keep organized records of homes contacted, interested customers, and appointments generated. Represent MIA8 Construction professionally while working in the community. Work with our office and estimating team to turn qualified leads into roofing projects.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people. Self-motivated and willing to spend time working outdoors. Reliable and professional. Comfortable walking neighborhoods and approaching homeowners. Able to communicate clearly and respectfully. Goal-oriented and motivated by results. Experienced in roofing, construction, canvassing, or sales is a plus, but not required for the right person. Training on our company, services, and what to look for will be provided.

COMPENSATION
Compensation:
[$22.00-$25.00 per hour] We are especially interested in creating a compensation structure that rewards performance. Additional bonuses or commissions may be available for qualified appointments and projects that turn into signed contracts.
