!!!!!! We are a well-established exterior construction company serving Whatcom & Skagit Counties , and we are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This is not retail sales and not a call-center position. You will be working directly with homeowners on real construction projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Meeting homeowners for scheduled appointments Inspecting homes and discussing roofing, siding, windows, and exterior projects Preparing estimates and closing deals Following up with leads and managing your own sales pipeline Working directly with ownership and project management

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience (construction or in-home sales preferred) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, reliable, and organized Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using phone, email, and basic software

Big Plus If You Have:

Roofing, siding, or remodeling sales experience Knowledge of exterior construction or insurance work Local market experience in

Whatcom or Skagit County Compensation:

Commission-based pay Commission structure and details are discussed during the interview Strong earning potential for motivated performers
