Ideal Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Sales Specialist. This role is for someone who understands roofing repairs, can sell the solution confidently, and isn't afraid to get hands-on. If you're the type who can diagnose the problem, explain it clearly to the homeowner, sell the fix, and make sure it's done right—this is your lane. What You'll Do Inspect roofs and identify repair needs (leaks, flashing, pipe boots, minor shingle damage, etc.) Present repair solutions and pricing clearly to homeowners Close repair jobs on-site Perform or assist with repair installations as needed Coordinate materials and ensure quality workmanship Document jobs in CRM (photos, notes, scope of work) Maintain a professional, trustworthy presence with customers What We're Looking For Roofing repair experience (required) Ability to sell repairs confidently—no pressure, just competence Hands-on installation knowledge (you know how it's actually fixed) Strong communication and customer skills Reliable, self-managed, and accountable Comfortable working independently in the field Pay & Structure Hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus/commission per repair sold and completed Consistent repair volume—no feast or famine Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Why Ideal Roofing Steady repair leads Clear expectations and fast decisions No fluff, no micromanaging—just results Opportunity to grow into a senior repair or operations role
