Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses About Us We are a growing independent car dealership looking to build a dedicated Spanish-speaking sales department. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual professional who can build and generate leads through social media within an allocated budget, engage with customers, set appointments, and help convert those opportunities into vehicle sales. Position Overview This role combines social media marketing, lead generation, customer service, and automotive sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content, communicating with Spanish and English speaking customers, following up on leads, and guiding customers through the buying process. Responsibilities Generate sales leads through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, OfferUp, and other social media platforms. Create and post engaging content targeting Spanish-speaking customers. Respond promptly to inquiries via social media, phone, text, and email. Build relationships with potential customers and answer questions about inventory and financing options. Schedule and confirm dealership appointments. Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions. Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation goals, appointments, and sales goals. Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English Experience in sales, customer service, social media marketing, or automotive sales preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and CRM systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license.
